AoU Research Priorities Use Cases

Can we build precise cancer risk prediction models that may guide early diagnosis

The early detection of cancer improved treatment outcomes and patient survival. Building precise risk prediction models can personalize cancer screening programs to ones need. The integration of variables capturing changes in lifestyle factors, exposure history, and molecular markers overtime, together with the opportunity for passive surveillance through data linkage to electronic medical records and cancer registries may be necessary to build such models.

The remaining questions allow you to outline in more detail the information needed to address your research question. The series of questions allow up to five entries. If you have more than five entries, please try to prioritize them and enter the remainder in the final field. When done, click Submit at the bottom. No
