What is the prevalence of Ehlers-Danlos in chronic pain patients

Conduct the Brighton and Brighton screening tests on all pain patients to screen for Ehlers-Danlos. This is especially relevant for fibromyalgia and idiopathic joint pain groups who have not had a diagnosis yet. Opioid epidemic study: can combining ultra-low-dose naltrexone with an opioid help prevent negative psychosocial outcomes?

A randomized controlled study to determine if the combination of ultra-low-dose naltrexone with an opioid can provide better psychosocial outcomes for chronic pain patients. It would compare the results of treatment with various common opioids both alone and in combination with ultra-low-dose naltrexone. What are the determinate of successful treatment for Lyme disease

Diagnostic uncertainty, diffuse symptoms and a failure to notice tick bites (especially when bitten by larvae or nymphs) complicate ID of early disease. Early disease can be effectively treated with short course doxycycline but late stage is more difficult.
